Sophie plays the role of 'Mrs Iqbal' in Nida Manzoor's 'Polite Society'. 'Mrs Iqbal' is a part of a group of women who are very well to do and judgemental of anyone outside of their clique and anything or anyone that doesn't meet their approval. That said, on the surface they are all, "polite smiles" and passive aggressive comments. They are the "POLITE SOCIETY" that the film title refers to.
